Welcome to SlagBot, a privacy-first AI assistant designed for fast answers without storing conversation history. By accessing or using SlagBot (the "Service"), you agree to the following Terms.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Service.
1. Overview
SlagBot provides AI-powered responses using a static Large Language Model with a 2023 knowledge cutoff. This model does not update or learn from user input, and conversations are not used to train future models.
The Service is provided "as-is" without guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or reliability.
2. Privacy and Data Use
- Conversations are not used to train AI models.
- User inputs are processed only for the purpose of generating responses and may be temporarily logged for security, abuse detection, or debugging, then cleared automatically within reasonable operational timelines.
- We do not store long-term chat history unless explicitly stated or added as a feature later.

3. Acceptable Use
Users agree to use SlagBot legally and responsibly. You may not use the Service to:
- Break or attempt to break any local, state, federal, or international laws
- Generate or assist in illegal activity, including but not limited to hacking, fraud, identity theft, drug manufacturing, or violence
- Create or distribute harmful, abusive, or malicious content
- Engage in harassment, hate speech, discrimination, defamation, exploitation, or stalking
- Generate misinformation intended to deceive, manipulate, or harm others
- Use SlagBot in a way that could damage the platform, infrastructure, or third parties
You, the user, are fully responsible for how you use the Service.
4. No Professional Advice
SlagBot may generate responses related to health, law, finance, or other sensitive domains, but these outputs are not professional advice. Always consult a licensed professional when needed.
5. Limitation of Liability
SlagBot is provided without guarantees. We are not liable for losses, damages, or decisions made based on AI-generated output. Use the Service at your own discretion.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, misuse, abuse, or behavior deemed harmful to users, systems, or the platform.
7. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of SlagBot after changes indicates acceptance.
